If you are an existing Argos Breakdown Care plan holder and need to request a repair, give us a call as soon as you can. One of our dedicated UK-based team will be happy to help you, 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Just make sure you have these to hand:
- Your receipt for the product
- Your Argos Breakdown Care plan documentation
Arrange a fix
The advisor will take the details of what’s happened and, if the repair is approved, they’ll give you the details of your nearest qualified engineer.
Simply give the engineer a call and arrange a convenient time for them to visit your home. We’ll pick up the bill for all parts and labour, so you don’t have a penny to pay. Some items may need to be sent to the engineers instead.
The engineer will always try to repair the item for you, but if it can’t be fixed, or it will cost more to repair it than to replace it, you could get a new one or Argos vouchers to replace it. All you’d have to pay are applicable delivery and installation charges and any remaining monthly payments.
